How can I check my order?

A:

To check the status of your order, click on the "Order Status" link, put in the UPS, Fedex or USPS EMS tracking number that we sent you by email.

When will I receive my order?

A:

Depending on the type of delivery option you selected, standard delivery should arrive within 7-10 business days. If express delivery was selected, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been shipped with the UPS or USPS EMS tracking number included.

Can you ship my order to a different address?

A:

Your order can be shipped to a different address; however, we can only accept one shipping address per on-line order. A new on-line order will need to be created if merchandise is to be sent to more than one address.

No, KaKyCo.com does not have a retail store and is not affiliated with any retail establishment. Our products are only available through this website.

What's your Domestic Shipping Policy

A:

Every effort is made to ship your hat within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. To ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) you must include a complete street address (no PO Boxes).

We will ship to Canada via USPS -for a reduced shipping charge, but delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

UPS does not provide Three-Day Service to Hawaii and Alaska. Please select Second Day Service in order to expedite shipping to these states.

If multiple hats are ordered with an expedited shipping option (next-day, second-day, or three-day), and we are unable to ship the order complete, the back ordered hats will be shipped free of charge via regular ground when they arrive.
