If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, return it for exchange, or full refund within 15 days of invoice date (LESS shipping handling charges, and MATCHING HAT BOXES, if applicable). Special order item cannot be exchanged, or refunded.
All items may only be returned if the tags are still attached and in its original condition.
EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
Any item (except special order items
) may be returned for an exchange or full refund within 15 days of invoice date
( LESS shipping, processing charges and MATCHING HAT BOXES, if applicable). Call
our return department MON-FRI 9:00am-5:00pm (E.T.) for a RMA# (will
automatically expire after 7 days). No returns or refunds will be accepted after
15 days of invoice date or /and without RMA#.
All items may only be returned if the tags are still attached and in its original condition.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our errors.

We can help you make a gift from Kakyco even more special. For just $5.99, we'll wrap the gift in tissue paper, place it in a hat box and add a card with your personalized message. Hat boxes are available on most items in this catalog for deliveries within the US only. Hat boxes can also be purchased separately at $5.49.

We will process all orders promptly, and ship as soon as possible. Allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. On all online order, an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD
To measure hat size accurately, just wrap a tape measure around your head above the tops of your ears on both sides. Our standard Hat size is 22-1/2". Due to different material and shape, the hats might have different hat size, or feel differently. If you have question about the hat size, please email us or call us. We will try to find the right hat with right hat size for you.

Domestic Shipping Policy Every effort is made to ship your hat within 48 hours of receipt Monday thru Friday, pending availability (we generally ship even faster). You'll be notified if merchandise is currently unavailable and when we expect to be able to ship. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped together. To ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) you must include a complete street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping and handling to the USA will be charged as follows:
